Common Questions
How long will it take to get a visa?
Tier 4 Visa commonly called student visa normally takes 3 weeks processing time.
I have an education gap. Can I apply?
YES, You can. If you have been working in some field you can claim for credit.Â
Do I get a post study work permit?
YES, the Current tier 4 visa allows students to apply for an 18-month Graduate Visa, commonly known as a Post Study Work permit (PSW) after completion of the course.Â
Do I need an English test?
Answer to this question in general: Yes, most universities require you to take an English test to prove your English proficiency. However, some universities do offer you a Conditional Letter and you can apply without an English test. If you have done your English test, normally you will need an IELTS minimum score of 5.5 or equivalent.
Can I bring my wife/husband and children with me?
The answer is Yes, From January intake 2024 you are allowed to accompany your spouse and children in a research-based Master’s program and PHD. However, Bachelor’s and Master’s courses students are not allowed to bring their wives/husbands and children. You will need to mention/apply while you apply and also show enough maintenance money if anyone is applying with you.
Does the university accept credit transfer?
YES, Some universities do accept credit transfer. We will have to look at your current course and find out who does.
How much is Tuition fee?
Tuition fee depends on the institution to institution. On average Bachelor’s degree may cost from £10,000 – to £15,000 per year and a Master’s degree may cost from £14,000 – to £19,000. Please contact us, and we can detail you or you can find from the university website we represent have a look at our university list.Â
Can I apply for a scholarship?
YES, You can. Some Universities provide scholarships/fee waivers as per country or according to academic score.
Also, you may apply for Chevening Scholarships funded by the UK government for the Master’s program.

How much is the Application fee?
The current application fee for a Student Visa is £524, approximately Rs 91,00 in Nepali currency, according to the current exchange rate. Please calculate your country’s currency accordingly.
How much money do I have to show?
You will need to show a 28 days bank statement with a cover letter from the bank. Equivalent bank loan accepted.
- £1,483 per month (for up to 9 months) i.e. £13,347 for a university inside London
- £1,136 per month (for up to 9 months) i.e. £10,224 for university outside London
What is IHS and how much does it cost?
